Looking Ahead

August is almost here! With that we have some great events coming up and leading into the fall. Here's what to look forward to. TONIGHT: July 26 Cottage Prayer Meeting TOMORROW Wednesday July 27th- no adult study. Teens and Children are still happening, but because Pastor Ryan is still dealing with Covid and because of the Cottage Prayer meeting tonight, we are cancelling the adult study. Please attend the prayer meeting tonight if you can.

AUGUST 2nd is National Night Out. We join with Grace Christian University, Marge's Donut Den, the City of Wyoming for this excellent community event. Come out to meet the neighbors, share a hot dog, and have fun. We could use about 5 volunteers to help set up and tear down the event.

AUGUST 8-12 VBS!!! It's Finally happening. If you haven't volunteered, sign up! If you haven't invited friends, do so! This will be an excellent week together.

September 18

is National Back to Church Sunday. It is a great Sunday to invite friends and neighbors to worship with us!

September 21 we will be resuming Community Dinners! If you would like to assist Pastor Ryan with this meal, please let me know! This will also be the start of a new series. After dinner, we will start watching The Chosen, a great series which visualizes the story of Jesus. After dinner and a movie, we will have a chance to discuss what we viewed.

OCTOBER 8 The City of Wyoming is hosting Trick or Treat Trail at Lamar Park. If you would like to represent the church and meet neighbors, please chat with Pastor Ryan.
